I loves slurpees

Normally I'm a summer slurpee drinker but I've had a wicked sore throat the last couple of days and I knew that a slurpee could make it feel somewhat better. And so my facebook status for the day was created. One of my great friends, Andrew, surprised me with not 1 but 2 slurpees. He didn't want to get the flavor combination wrong. What a sweet thing to do for a friend. I of course shared with the kids but am still savoring every last sip of what's left. I know it won't take away the soreness but at least numb it for a bit.
So thanks so much Andrew it made my day.

Why?

Why must some people when they are walking, walk as slow as possible in front of a car? It's like they look at the car and think, "they have to wait for me so I'm going to take my time." Then there is the other extreme where an older person will bust there butt to cross the street. And almost break a hip or something. I saw too many of the slow pokes today. And I must add that I love slurpees. I can't seem to get enough of them this time around. Yum!!!!!! I know 2 random things that don't go.
Taylor just announced to us that she does not have boobs. Poor kid doesn't realize that she might never really have them.
