I need a good pants kicking

Watching Biggest Loser last night got me thinking about getting back to running. You see I've been quite the slacker lately. Sure I ran in 2 races but was not prepared for them and didn't feel too happy about how I felt. Just call me Slacky Mcslackerson (I know Nathan, Devin(T) and Jordan you don't agree with my use of slacker, too bad). It's truly amazing how tired and lazy I've been feeling from not running and all the bad eating hasn't helped much either. So I'm hoping that tomorrow I can get myself out of the bed at 6 to enjoy some of that frosty fresh air. Maybe by posting it I will do it.

Good for you! The Biggest Loser is certainly inspirational! I need to get back into my daily walking. Thanks for the kick in the pants....I needed it!!!

Ooh, I am soooooo rooting you on!

About this time last year, I went on a mission to 1. get fit(ter) and 2. lose the rest of my babyweight. It felt so good to actually accomplish it...I'll be here cheering you on girl!

How hard would it have been to put Lazy McSlackerson, or Slacker McLazy, or anything else?

You and me both. Back to the gym before month end so I can get fit for swimsuit season...:) Just 35 lbs to go for me.
