Update

I've been a bad blogger lately. I used to be crazy blogger, blogging a couple of times a day. I guess my life just hasn't been super exciting lately. In my previous post I had a picture of Taylor with blue all over her. I bought the kids a tattoo stamp kit before summer and she likes to stamp her self and then color them in. Well she went a little crazy. Which I don't care. it's washable and she's just a kid. She might as well have some fun with them. We were getting ready to go out and didn't want to go so she started crying. That is why she has blue all over her face.

More has been done on the house. Now it's crunch time for Chris to finish our basement. He has made some really good progress. Tomorrow is our lighting appointment, watching Chris play hockey, and buying some much needed chair covers for our kitchen chairs. Now they won't look so gross. Having kids can sure wrecked the furniture. Good thing I don't have expensive taste.

So that is our lives for the next day. Hopefully I will get the Christmas decorations up the in the next few days. Then we'll get our tree on Saturday, and decorate it on Sunday. I love the time spendt with family doing that kind of stuff. It's what makes memories and traditions. It's cool that our little family is coming up with some of our own traditions.

I will leave you with a few pictures. The one with the kids in the bath looks like they are bathing in 2000 flushes.

21 days till Jordan comes home.

22 days till Dev comes home.

And I don't know how many days till Kristen comes home but I am super excited to see all of them.

YEAH!!!!

Where did Devin and Jordan go? Do they not live in Calgary anymore?

I'll answer this one Kirst. Kirsten's brothers decided they could no longer live in the same city as her. They played "rock paper scissors" to see which way they would have to head out. Jordan lost and had to move out east, he chose Ottawa, the logical choice to continue his education in spanish. Devin, who won the game got to stay in the west and chose Victoria to become a vet.

sorry kirst if i robbed you of this story. btw, whats for dinner? should i bring a dessert?

Glad the house is coming together nicely, seems quick. Love the pic of the kids in the tub, you are right, looks like they are bathing in 2000 flushes! Ha!

Nathan, if I won the game how come in the future I have to live in Saskatoon for 4 years? I don't think that's a prize. May I also point out that Ottawa has nice weather right now and I'm wearing boots, gloves and a toque.

Ottawa is a beautiful city. Jordan is studying spanish?? Good for him! I wish I knew it because about 25% of our city is spanish (illegal immigrants some would say). The schools are bi-lingual.
