New year

We were suppose to go to Kristen's dad's house for lobster and to watch the hockey game, but here dad doesn't have any sports channels so we all came to our place to hang out. I've never cooked lobster at home, actually I still haven't because Kristen cooked it at our home. It was so good. Messy but good. Taylor didn't want to eat any. She thought the lobsters were sad because we were eating them. Do we have a vegetarian in the making? It was a good night. I was super tired the next day. It seems as though when the kids get up early I'm the one to get up with them. And I was the one who wanted to go to bed because I was falling asleep and I knew I would probably be up early.

I've had a great time with my brothers and sister-in-law. I'm sad that it will be so long till we see each other again. Hopefully this summer. I love spending time with family. Good thing I have a surrogate brother to hang out with.

On New Year's day we had an awesome fondue dinner at my parents house. Yummo!:)

And now we are getting back to a normal daily routine. I miss hanging out with my friends so I feel bad that I didn't get to see them much over the holidays. Hopefully this weekend.

I will leave you with a picture of my 2 angels.

Looks and sounds like you all had a great time! One question, isn't it hard for Kirsten to eat lobster with braces? Just wondering!

Beautiful little angels!

I'm not a big fan of eating it, but hey it sure is fun to boil things alive!!!!

Love the Lobster pics. Looks like you guys had a fun time. I like how the picture of Chris has the Lobster so sneakily covering his face.

Oh and Chris and I are hoping and wanting to move to Colorado in the next year or two. We don't want to be here long term. Colorado is a lot like Alberta to me and it is closer to home for both of us which is what we want when we decide to start having kidlets:)
